How to renew the camshaft seals for 2.4 litre petrol engine on 2003 Volvo S40?

Decouple the air cleaner and intake pipe, fed out EVAP and vacuum, and camshaft rotors. Removal of the old seals then clean and examine the shafts and apply lubricant and install and sort new seals as flush with housing as possible. Install everything back together.
