How to remove and replace the camshaft seal for 2.0 litre 4-cylinder diesel engine on 2004 Volvo S40?

Remove the timing belt and camshaft sprocket and remove the sprocket locating key. Carefully remove the old seal, clean the housing and apply oil to the new seal. Fit it with lips inward and make sure it's square and sat. Finally, reinsert the camshaft sprocket and timing belt.
