How to remove and refit the Timing Cover and engine components on 2008 Volvo S40?

To remove engine components, you must first remove the plastic cover and engine undershield. Unclip fuel hoses, remove crankshaft pulley and undo 5 bolts to remove upper cover and so on for lower cover. For refitting, reverse the steps, making sure everything is properly aligned and connected.
