The next step is to remove the passenger side haltshaft off the transfer case and then take out the old seal off the transfer case with a seal puller, or any other appropriate tool. To install, clean the surface of the sealing completely and put a new seal and lubricate it using wheel bearing grease. Connection the new seal in the transfer case and fit it with tool 5564 or compatible seal driver. Installations: Subsequently, put the passenger side haltshaft back in place as well as the right front wheel and secure the lug nuts to 81 ft. lbs. (110 Nm).
