    In order to install and remove the seal, one must first raise and secure the vehicle then take apart the right front wheel. The next step is to remove the passenger side haltshaft off the transfer case and then take out the old seal off the transfer case with a seal puller, or any other appropriate tool. To install, clean the surface of the sealing completely and put a new seal and lubricate it using wheel bearing grease. Connection the new seal in the transfer case and fit it with tool 5564 or compatible seal driver. Installations: Subsequently, put the passenger side haltshaft back in place as well as the right front wheel and secure the lug nuts to 81 ft. lbs. (110 Nm).
