How to replace the crankshaft seal on the right-hand and left-hand sides except GDI engine on 2000 Volvo V40?

To extract the right-hand seal, loosen the timing belt and adjust the engine to the bottom to reach the crankshaft pulley. Take a tool to release the nut by holding the pulley and pulling the pulley and old seal off. Wipe, grease and put in the new seal. Same with the left-hand seal without the flywheel.
