How to properly remove and refit the rear Sway Bar and transverse arm mounting on 2000 Volvo S70?

Chock the front wheels, raise the back on axle stands. Remove the left exhaust silencer mounting, holding the mounting high with a cable tie. Mark out the transverse arm mounting for line up, replace nuts and bolts, and refit the sway bar with new parts, tightening to given torques. Put the silencer back on and lower the vehicle.
