  To remove the crankshaft right hand oil seal, first remove four bolts that hold the oil pump to the front of the cylinder block. Carefully withdraw the pump assembly by levering behind the upper and lower parting lugs with a screwdriver and remove the pump and recover the gasket. Clean thoroughly pump and cylinder block mating faces and ensure all traces of old gasket are removed, and discard O ring seal as a new one will be fitted. Next, undo the two pump cover retaining Allen screws with the two halves of the pump now held together and remove the cover, being ready to stop the ejection of the pressure relief valve spring. Note the fitted position and remove pressure relief valve spring, plunger and pump rotors. If not already performed, try to lever out the crankshaft oil seal and clean all the components thoroughly, checking the rotors, body and cover for damage or signs of wear. At the time of writing, no specifications regarding the overhaul or inspection of the pump were available and apparently, internal parts of the pumps are not available separately. Refit the inner rotor with the marks towards the pump body and then refit the outer rotor to the body, making sure that the mark on the rotor faces the cylinder block. Refit pressure relief valve with the spring and the plunger, and put the cover on, tightening the retaining screws tight. And using a new gasket and O-ring, the pump is fitted to the block using the pump retaining bolts as guides, and drawn in using the crankshaft pulley nut and spacers. Once the pump is seated, tighten the retaining bolts diagonally to specified torque and fit a new crankshaft right-hand oil seal.

  In order to remove the oil pump, it is first necessary to perform the necessary operations and then remove the four bolts that hold the oil pump to the cylinder block. Carefully pull back the pump assembly by applying leverage to the upper and lower parting lugs using a screwdriver, and recover the gasket. Clean the mating faces of the pump and cylinder block thoroughly and remove any and all traces of the old gasket. For inspection, remove the two screws used to hold the pump halves, as well as the gear cover, taking care of the pressure relief valve spring that may come out. Once in place, tighten the retaining bolts diagonally to specified torque. Lubricate the cover, the crankshaft and the new oil seal, fitting the seal with the lips inwards and using a tube, or the old seal inverted, to tap it into place until flush. Finally refit the crankshaft sprocket and pulley then the Timing Belt.
