    The bumpers have multiple sections, and when the bumper assembly has been removed, the outer cover could be unclipped and the bumper dismantled, though it is unclear if the separate sections are available. In the case of an S70 or V70 model for the front bumper, open the bonnet, undo the retaining bolts on either side of the bonnet, release the clips on the front edge of the bonnet and remove the splash guard underneath the radiator. If equipped with headlight wipers, remove the cover and the wiper arm securing nuts, disconnect the washer supply hoses and remove the wiper arms. Outside Temperature Sensor - Disconnect the wiring plug from the outside temperature sensor, and if applicable, the wiring plugs for the front fog lights. For turbo models, remove the air baffle located inside the lower center section of the bumper/spoiler by removing the clips and screws of the baffle cover, then releasing the clips to remove the air baffle. For all models, remove the rivets holding the plastic wheel arch liners and then remove the 14mm bolts under the headlights and with help, pull the bumper off side mounting slides and down to the ground, making sure to engage the side mounting slides properly when refitting. For the back bumper for S70 & V70 models remove the rivets holding the plastic wheel arch liners, remove the 14mm bolts below the tail lights and with assistance pull the bumper off the side mounting slides and down to the ground again ensuring it is refitted properly. For the front bumper on C70 models, apply the same initial procedures, then remove the screws holding the wheel arch liners together, then the cover on top of the lower mounting bolts on the bumper, unscrew the bolts, with help, pull the bumper off the side mounting slides and down to the ground, making sure to engage properly when refitting. For the rear bumper on C70 models, open the boot lid, remove the interior trim panels below the rear light units, unscrew the exposed nuts holding the outer trim panels in place, disconnect the aerial wiring connector next to the right hand rear light unit, take off the 14mm bolts below the tail lights and, with help, pull the bumper off the side mounting slides and down to the ground, making sure it is properly engaged when refitting.
