How to remove and refit the Camshaft, Rocker Arm and Valve Lifter for 1.6 litre diesel engine on 2008 Volvo V50?

To remove the 80kw engine parts, remove the cylinder head cover, camshaft sensor and oil seal. Remove the vacuum pump, the fuel filter and the disconnect pipes. For 85kw engine Remove brake vacuum pump, timing belt, and camshaft cover. Check for wear and replace components when necessary, including the valve lifters. Reassemble in reverse order, paying particular attention to lubrication and alignment.
