How to replace the crankshaft seal at the timing chain end and the transmission end for 1.8 and 2.0 litre petrol engines on 2005 Volvo S40?

To replace the timing chain end oil seal, remove the Crankshaft pulley and pull out the old seal. Clean the surfaces, put some oil under the new seal and press it in. For the transmission end seal, remove transmission and change carrier and make sure it is aligned correctly before the assembly.
