How to remove and reassemble the brake disc on the rear Wheel Hub on 2004 Volvo V40?

To remove brake disc - remove hub cap, loosen and remove hub nut, remove hub assembly for inspection. Clean the ABS sensor and toothed ring, reattach the hub assembly with a new nut and tighten following model specifications before reattaching the hub cap and brake disc.
