How to remove the turbocharger for diesel engines on 2004 Volvo S80?

To remove the turbocharger, remove the plastic cover, unbolt and remove the engine cross-stay. Remove the oil supply pipe, turbocharger intake pipe and charge air pipe. For D5244 T4 to T7 engines, blow the cooling system, also disconnect various pipes, and remove the turbocharger. Make sure to clean any and all surfaces for refitting.
