How to remove and refit the exhaust manifold in relation to the intake manifold and cylinder head on 2004 Volvo S80?

To remove the exhaust manifold, first remove the turbocharger and EGR pipe. Take off the retaining nuts and throw away the old gasket. Inspect and repair manifold studs, clean mating surfaces and position new gasket, refit manifold, tighten nuts to specified torque. Reverse the removal steps to complete.
