To remove the turbocharger, disconnect the battery, empty the cooling system and remove the engine cover. Detach hoses, air cleaner assembly and ducts. Remove coolant and oil pipes, and then jack-up the car and remove the splash shield. Finally, undo exhaust nut(s), remove turbocharger and reverse fitting process.
