For this procedure Volvo tools 999 5452, 999 5453 and 999 5454 are required to lock the camshafts and pull the upper section into place. A liquid gasket and application roller are required, too. Disconnect the battery, drain the cooling system and remove the timing belt before proceeding with assembly.
