How to remove and refit the front door lock assembly and interior trim panel on 1989 Volvo 245?

To remove the door lock, remove the armrest plugs and screws, unconnect the armrest and remove the window handle and trim panel. Unscrew the lock cylinder and door lock screws and disconnect rods and remove the lock assembly. Refit the lock by reversing the above procedure and adjusting components as necessary.
