How to dismantle the distributor components on 1985 Volvo 244?

Remove rotor arm, protective cover and vacuum capsule. Do not forget to take out the distributor capclip assemblies with screws keeping its assemblies. Remove the impulse sender contact screw, circlip and shims. Take the impulse sender plate off and separate it from the impulse sender by unscrewing three screws.
