How to remove and refit Brake Light Switches on 2006 Volvo S80?

To take out the brake light switches, run down the ignition, unscrew the trim panel and press down the brake pedal. Release the locking sleeve, disconnect the wiring and withdraw the switches. For refitting ensure that the sleeve is extended, reconnect wiring and push the switches till they click. Perform a check operation and reattach panels.
