How to remove and refit the front and rear bumpers on 2005 Volvo V50?

To remove the front bumper, open the bonnet, cut the battery, and release screws holding the bottom baffle. Remove plastic rivets and bolts and pull forward, disconnecting wiring. For S40 and V50 models, undo screws at the boot/tailgate, and remove the rear bumper. Refit by reversing the process.
