How to remove and refit the Camshaft, Rocker Arm and Valve Lifter for diesel engines on 2005 Volvo S80?

To remove the intake camshaft sprocket, remove the camshaft cover, vacuum and fuel pumps, camshaft bearing caps and mark out the position of these. Remove the camshafts and inspect the rocker arms and valve lifters for damage and fit them back with proper lubrication and torque specifications. Let 30 minutes for valve lifters to settle before starting engine.
