How to remove and refit Windshield Wiper Motors and Wiper Linkage assembly on 2004 Volvo V40?

To remove the wiper motor, remove the wiper arms, unclip the cover panel and remove the linkage. For right hand drive models, remove the fuse box cover. Disconnect wiring from the motor, remove bolts, and pull out the assembly. Refit by aligning marks, tight bolts, re-connect components Inspect and renew the linkage, if required.
