In order to remove the front seat belt, you must disconnect the battery, unclip the trim panels, and remove the seat belt and inertia reel assembly. For rear seat belts, remove loudspeakers, fold cushions and access retaining screws. The reverse is refitting, to ensure the correct torque and condition of clips and panels.
