How to remove the intercooler components from the engine compartment on 2004 Volvo V40?

To remove components, release clips and screws to remove the engine cover panels. Remove EVAP purge valve, drain cooling system and detach air ducting. Unplug wiring from sensors and fans then remove radiator, intercooler and fans. Reverse the process of refitting.
