How to replace the crankshaft seal for petrol engines on 2001 Volvo V70?

For right hand seal replacement, remove timing belt and the crankshaft pulley and do the puller to remove the sprocket. Remove the old seal, clean the area and install the new seal. Re-fit the sprocket and timing belt. For the left hand seal, remove the flywheel and replace the seal, and reattach.
