How to replace the Cabin Air Filter located beneath the windscreen cowl panels on 2000 Volvo S70?

In order to replace the pollen filter, the windscreen wiper arms are pulled off and the rubber weatherstrip is lifted. Unscrew the cowl panel, remove drain hoses and take off the fuse box lid. Lift out the pollen filter and clean the housing, replace the new pollution filter, and reassemble by reversing the steps.
