How to replace the control arm bushings and reassemble the suspension on 1989 Volvo 245?

Jack the front up, put stands in and remove the wheels. Disconnect the stabiliser bar and ball joint and then remove the control arm and its bracket. Press out and replace bushings, being careful of orientation Reattach parts, secure bolts to specified torque and at the end, fit the roadwheel and lower the car.
